I’ve made it big-time now. Friday evening, I’ll be on the back of a truck (yep, that’s right), co-announcing the Christmas Parade for WABF with my friend, Mark Swally. You may remember HERE we did this last year from the balcony of Page and Palette, but this year, our location has changed and they thought, “hey, why not put them in the back of a pickup truck in front of Greer’s Marketplace? Actually, now that I think about it, they did’t say “pickup,” just “truck.” Maybe its a firetruck. That would be awesome, but the largest hook and ladder is always reserved for Santa. Sooo . . . I guess I’m in the pickup.
We’re in Alabama and lots of cute girls sit around in pick-up trucks, so I’m game. Do I wear an evening dress to balance the earthiness of the truck, or do I play along and wear my overalls? Hmm. Decisions, decisions.
Come by Greer’s and say hello!

Book news: You can click on the link in my menu bar at the top of the page where it says, “About the book” to see my schedule and find the places where you can buy my book. More locations and signings will be updated soon, so check back again! Amazon ran out, but is now restocked (squeal!), so if you don’t live where a bookstore is, you can try the online option. The nicest thing has been when people have bought the book and returned to buy more for gifts. Thank you to everyone, and if you’ve read the book and have a moment, please go to Amazon and leave feedback! Thanks, dears.
